Never Buy Bread Again! Anyone can make this homemade bread (No Kneading)

2.7K views on YouTube

This no-knead homemade bread is one of my favorite easy recipes when I want a crispy crust, soft inside, and a shape that’s perfect for sharing. The dough comes together with simple pantry ingredients, and the lift-and-slap method gives it great texture with very little effort.

*Ingredients:*
* Water – 1 cup (220 ml)
* Fresh yeast – ¾ tsp. (3 g) or dry yeast – ½ tsp. (2 g)
* Bread flour – 2 ½ cups (320 g)
* Salt – 1 tsp. (6 g)
* Sesame seeds – optional, for topping

That’s it, just a few basic ingredients to make bakery-style bread at home with a golden crust and airy crumb.

Tools I Used:

Baking pan I used to bake this bread: https://amzn.to/3N8ZPUi (I used two of them, one turned upside down and used as cover)

Alternative pan:

This is a traditional Austrian and German bread called Kaisersemmel, semmel, or simply kaiser rolls. These star-shaped bread wedges bake up beautifully with toasted sesame seeds on top, a crisp outside, and a soft, airy center that slices and pulls apart easily. They are great with butter and perfect for serving with soups, dips, or as a sharing bread for family meals.
