I don’t buy bread anymore! The new perfect recipe for sandwich bread
9.1K views on YouTube
This homemade olive sandwich bread is my new favorite. The crust is thin and crispy, the inside is soft and fluffy, and the olive flavor makes every bite special. It’s so good fresh from the oven that I honestly don’t feel like buying bread anymore.
*Ingredients:*
* Water – 160 ml (⅔ cup)
* Plain yogurt – 60 g (¼ cup)
* Fresh yeast – 3 g (1 tsp) or dry yeast – 2 g (½ tsp)
* Bread flour – 320 g (2 ½ cups)
* Salt – 6 g (1 tsp)
* Chopped olives – 25 g (2 tbsp)
Note:
• If you use instant yeast, add it directly to the flour, no need to mix it with water
• If you use dry active yeast, mix it with water and a little sugar and let it activate for 5-10 minutes. If it starts to foam, then the yeast is alive and active, otherwise don’t use it
• If you use fresh yeast you can either mix it with water as I did for a better distribution, or crumble it into the flour.

Baking it fills the whole kitchen with the smell of fresh bread and olives. When you slice it, the crust crackles, and the crumb is so soft you’ll want to poke it just to check. Perfect with butter or for making the best sandwiches you’ve ever had.
Remember, the joy of cooking is in the process as much as in the final product. So, let’s enjoy the process together and make some delicious bread! 🥖
