I don’t buy bread anymore! The new perfect sharing bread recipe

7.1K views on YouTube

Once you taste this bread, you’ll understand why I don’t buy bread anymore. It’s golden, crispy, and flaky on the outside, yet soft and airy inside -everything you want from freshly baked bread. I call it my “sharing bread” because it’s baked in rolls that tear apart so easily, perfect for bringing to the table warm and steaming.

Ingredients:

* Water – 1 cup (220 ml)
* Fresh yeast – ¾ tsp. (3 g) or dry yeast – ½ tsp. (2 g)
* Bread flour – 2 ½ cups (320 g)
* Salt – 1¼ tsp. (7 g)

Tools I Used:

Baking pan I used to bake this bread: https://amzn.to/3N8ZPUi (I used two of them, one turned upside down and used as cover)

Alternative pan:

Making this bread feels almost therapeutic – the simple folds, the soft dough under your hands, and the smell that fills the kitchen as it bakes. The crust turns beautifully crisp while the inside stays fluffy and light. When you pull a piece apart and hear that gentle crackle, you’ll know you’ve nailed it.

Remember, the joy of cooking is in the process as much as in the final product. So, let’s enjoy the process together and make some delicious bread! 🥖
