An SUPER quick and UNBELIEVABLY tasty pasta recipe with an Italian cheese called ‘stracciatella’ โwhich we were fortunate enough to get from an artisan cheese shop in Umbria recently! ๐ ๐ง๐ง๐ฟ Creamy, gooey cheese sauce with sweet, fragrant tomatoes and just a bit spicy!
Can’t find stracciatella? Use burrata (mix of the creamy and solid cheese) or mix heavy cream with strips of fresh mozzarella.
