Check out this super easy vocal warm up for beginners! In this video, we will go over some beginner singing warmups for your voice. Learn how to get your voice ready for singing on a gig, in the practice room, or just for fun around the house. Learn how to sing with these easy beginner vocal lessons.

Do you have a hard time transitioning from low to high or high to low when you sing? Most beginning singers do! I’m Camille with 30 day singer, and I invite you to try this full-range beginner warmup, focused on switching registers.

First exercise: jump from chest voice to head voice and back again. Think strong speaking voice for that low note! Similar idea, now with a few more pitches added. Again, strong chest voice for the HEY and YEAH, and the the Oo will naturally be lighter. Let’s give it a try!

Final exercise. I recommend singing on something slightly dopey, like GEEH or KOO, especially if you tend to shout or strain when you attempt to sing higher. If, however, head voice is easy for you and you want to build a little more strength, other syllable options could be NAY or BUB.

Please use these warmups until you’re comfortable switching registers!
