Lychee Civil War! 🍒 #lychee #shorts #animation

Did you know that Lychee trees are basically a “Battle Royale” game? 🍒🔫

In this episode of Wacky Farmer, we look at the brutal science of Fruit Thinning and Nutrient Competition.

1. Flower Thinning: A tree only has limited energy. If we let every flower grow, the tree gets exhausted. Farmers must cut off the excess to focus energy on the best ones! ✂️

2. Sibling Rivalry: Even after setting fruit, the battle isn’t over. Stronger fruits will often “bully” the weaker twins, hogging all the nutrients until the smaller one drops off (Physiological Fruit Drop). It’s cruel, but it’s how we get big, juicy Lychees! 🤤

Nature is savage, but the fruit is sweet!
