Here we try to have an Introduction to Encoder.

The encoder is an opposite operation to the decoder.

A binary encoder encodes the information from 2^n inputs to n bit codes.

Exactly one of the input signals should have a value of 1 and the output present the binary number that identifies which input is equal to 1.
