In this video, we look at the hydrogenation of alkenes. First we explore the conditions for hydrogenation. We then look at how hydrogenation is useful in the production of margarine.
This video is aimed at the UK A Level Chemistry specifications. Students studying International A Level Chemistry will need to check their specification.
