Chad defines and describes the pressure of a gas including how to convert between all the commonly used units (atm, mm Hg, torr, Pa, kPa). He then introduces Kinetic Molecular Theory which provides a description of an ‘ideal’ gas. He covers each of its principles and explains under what conditions a gas is most likely to exhibit ‘ideal’ behavior.
