Business Strategy 12 – Strategy Implementation: Strategic Projects & Initiatives

This session covers an overview of Strategy Implementation – mostly from the perspective of a practitioner. We discuss how a typical strategic planning process in a company looks like, review some commonly used frameworks for structuring a strategy paper, look at examples of how to translate strategies into initiatives and talk about the importance of setting up measurements (KPIs / KRIs) in order to track implementation performance.
