I have been getting asked a LOT about my workflow between Final Cut Pro to Apple Motion. I wish there was a more streamlined process, but this will have to work for now!

I HIGHLY recommend picking up XSend Motion if you continuously work between both apps. It is expensive though, so I would only get it if this is a regular part of your editing.
