How To Pre- Sprout Ranunculus Corms | Planting Ranunculus | Ranunculus Bulbs | Flower Farming

In this video I am showing you how I get my ranunculus corms (bulbs) off to a head start before planting them in the ground. I pre-sprout them in trays of gritty compost (I used perlite in this video) before transferring the sprouted corms into the ground in the polytunnel. You can also plant in the garden or in pots, as long as your soil is free draining.
Ranunculus corms can be purcahsed from garden centers and online retailers such as Peter Nyssen and Farmer Gracy. I buy my corms through Flowers from the Farm, from Italian Ranunculus.
