The SECRET That Turns Apples Black and Super Sweet🍎 #apple #animation

🍎 Have you ever seen an apple so red it’s almost BLACK?

One apple is getting totally scorched by the sun, while his buddy next to him is thriving. The secret? It’s not magic, it’s science! These are Black Diamond Apples, a rare variety that gets its unique color and incredible sweetness from a special farming technique. By getting intense sun from above and reflected light from below, they produce a massive amount of anthocyanins (the same stuff in blueberries), turning them dark and super sweet!

Thanks for stopping by, don’t forget to plant a like and harvest a sub for more wacky science from the farm!
