• Bread flour: 1 ½ cups (220 g)
• Rye flour: ¾ cup (100 g)
• Water: 1 cup (230 ml)
• Fresh yeast: 1 tsp. (4 g) or dry yeast: ½ tsp. (2 g)
• (Optional) Sugar: 1 tsp. (4 g)
• Salt: 1 tsp. (6 g)
