I present to you my latest pumpkin experiment that has completely changed the way I make bread. Spoiler alert: it’s amazing! With a beautiful color and soft texture, this quick bread recipe is perfect for pumpkin lovers (and if you don’t like pumpkin, you’ll change your mind after you try this!) Say goodbye to store-bought bread and hello to homemade goodness!
Ingredients:
• Bread flour: 2 ¾ cups (330 g)
• Water: ¾ cup (190 ml)
• Fresh yeast: 1 tsp. (4 g) or dry yeast: ½ tsp. (2 g)
• Pumpkin puree: ½ cup (140 g) (I make my own and I love it!)
• Salt: 1 tsp. (6 g)
