Pre-ます Form + ましょう as “Let’s VERB” or “Shall we VERB”
Verbs in this conjugation form are interpreted as a suggestive “shall we” or “let’s” meaning. In some cases, the ましょう form may seem too assertive; this is mediated by the more polite question form, ましょうか.
